Blackstar Coffee
Overview
Blackstar Coffee is a Brisbane based social enterprise providing real solutions to long standing employment problems experienced by people from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds. Blackstar import green, organic and fairtrade beans, roasting them locally in their own roastery and cafe. The beans are also distributed to numerous coffee shops and outlets.
Human worked with Blackstar, from conception in 2007, to develop their brand, identity, marketing collateral and built their capacity through business development, partnership and market opportunities.
