Engaging Young People in Toowoomba

A shopping centre in Toowoomba wanted solutions to engage young people who attend the centre and to promote positive perceptions of young people to the wider community. We ran a research project with young people documenting trends, ideas and other data through a facilitated research process including online surveying, filming, and recording. We analysed the data and developed a digital report of the findings. After reviewing the data collected we developed and delivered a regular program of creative workshops at the centre to engage young people and showcase their skills to the community.
