Purse-uing sustainability for children in Tanzania

By providing food, water and shelter to vulnerable women and children in Tanzania, East Africa, major improvements are being realised in their lives every day.

The alignment of fws’ philosophy and practices with that of Human has led to support of the production of hand-made purses and bags that are now being distributed and sold in Melbourne, Australia.

The purse is a small business initiative by fws house-mamas as they aim to support themselves and the orphans they care for.
