Creative Pathways in the Central West aims to enhance the cultural and economic viability of the Central-West Queensland region.

This involves supporting young people to access creative and viable learning, career and industry development opportunities in areas such as film, design, performance, events coordination, and festival management.

Through the program, young people in the region conceived, developed and delivered the Shockwave Youth Arts festival.

Cross-regional skills exchange, mentoring and support for start-up creative enterprise are the developmental strategies for the next stage of the program.
