Rupert has 10 years in NFP governance roles as both a board member and chair of Human Ventures.
His professional roles include being a Consultant Psychologist with extensive experience in the design and delivery of leadership development programs for individuals and organisations. He is able to build organisational capability and performance through alignment, retention, development and cultural change programs.
With over 15 years experience in Leadership Development and HR Consulting roles, Rupert specialises in leadership development and executive coaching. Highly result oriented and solution focussed, Rupert has helped many organisations fulfil their employment brand promise to employees to achieve greater satisfaction and engagement in the workplace. Rupert has specialised in developing strategic thinking skills with leaders and with high potential employees.
Since 2000, Rupert has successfully coached and facilitated thousands of leadership sessions from individually funded one person businesses to international corporations funding executive coaching for sections of senior staff. He has led teams of executive coaches in the development and delivery of large scale leadership programs to many corporations and SME’s.
Rupert has a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of Queensland (Masters Thesis on the effectiveness of coaching published in 2005), the University of Sydney – course with Dr Anthony Grant in the School of Coaching Psychology and Training workshops with ICF and Formal coaching accreditation for Suncorp and AIM Qld & NT.
Rupert has a demonstrated long term commitment to addressing disadvantage in our local communities through his leadership, facilitation and consulting skills delivered to multiple and diverse organisations. He is passionate about the Human Ventures business model and creating social sustainable enterprises.
