Pauline is a French-born creative with a business edge who brings to Human diverse experience and skills in project management, strategy, creative problem solving, facilitation, and communications. She is a big believer in marrying creativity and strategy to achieve economic success and positive change.
Equipped with a BA (Theatre Studies) and a Grad Cert (Business Admin) from the Queensland University of Technology, Pauline has worked in theatre, radio, film, music, and events in roles that put to use her creative thinking and management skills. She has had the opportunity to work in both the private and public sectors across a range of industries.
She is at the helm of accomplished band Mzaza, a six piece group blending original and traditional Mediterranean sounds. The group has two releases, receives airplay internationally, and has featured at major events such as the Woodford Folk Festival, the National Folk Festival, and Queensland Music Festival.
Recently identified as a Culture Champion for Queensland, Pauline is active on the Australian cultural scene. She is a band manager, facilitator, and sits on the Board of Brisbane Fringe Festival. In her downtime she enjoys the simple things – cooking, reading, spending time in nature, and singing.
