Human Ventures and SpeakOut finalise merger
Human Ventures and SpeakOut have formalised the merger agreement as proposed and publicly announced on 30th June.
The agreement was signed just prior to the company board meeting this morning (24th August 09) and a special resolution passed in the meeting to trade collectively under the Human Ventures company name and constitution.
The merger brings together key programs and services of both organisations in creating opportunities for the poor and disadvantaged to build better lives.
Continuing programs include Stylin’ UP Regional and Creative Pathways in the Central West.

New initiatives in 2010 will include:
wearehuman.tv – an online space that will promotes the intent and values of Human and showcase video, photography and design produced both by Human but also emerging and established new media artists, videographers, photographers and designers.
wearehuman.com.au – an online store for hand-crafted and/or unique craft and design based products that meet specific criteria.
wearehuman.biz – a physical and conceptual space that turns creative ideas into creative enterprise and/or creative product.
