Human engaged to consider national expansion

The Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) has engaged Human to scope and support key aspects of their national expansion.

FYA recently formed a strategic alliance with the Education Foundation (EF) and is now the largest youth-focussed philanthropic organisation in Australia.

The combined organisations have a greater capacity to advocate in ways that make a real and positive impact to the lives of Young Australians and the increased focus on education is consistent with both organisations beliefs in enhancing opportunity through learning and skills development.

FYA has sought Human’s expertise in:

• scoping and developing the expansion model for FYA and EF programs and grant making;
• reviewing and supporting the capacity building of a number of granting partners;
• advising on the revised grant making model; and,
• program development.

The relatively new partnership between Human and FYA offers signifcant opportunities for both organisations and seeks to deliver innovation and high impact for communities and community organisations throughout Australia.
