Levi Tamou

Founder, Director

Levi is a strong minded, passionate leader with a tenacious drive to develop successful creative enterprises focused on social venture philanthropy.

With more than 10 years experience in international business, small business management, marketing, community cultural development and government sectors, Levi established himself as an exciting Indigenous entrepreneur.

Wearing another hat, he is also the Managing Director of Inspire by Example Pty Ltd (iBE), a new media production company specialising in youth edu-tainment. iBE’s mission is to excel at engaging young people through cross platform productions that bring about positive social change & increase their emotional intelligence development.

In 2008, Levi successfully coordinated Project 180, a 20 week skills development and exploration for 14 young people in multimedia, sound engineering, graphic design and film.

Prior to that he was the CEO of Peace Warriorz, a youth advocacy service facilitated through creative enterprise.

Levi has managed several small business’s and also worked with the Australia Trade Commission as an export and marketing advisor for more than 3 years.

Levi is an Indigenous Australian born in Innisfail with kinship links to Hopevale, North Queensland. His cultural heritage also includes New Zealand Maori with his whanau from Hawera, Taranaki.

Levi is a proud father and has one child with plans for family expansion
